At Westwood Cross we pride ourselves by offering various facilities to our customers.

Centre Security	A network of CCTV cameras cover the Centre and the car parks.  Our malls are patrolled by fully first aid trained Security Officers. Tel: 01843 862181
Kent Police	PC Stuart Finch, who is the local officer for the centre and the neighbourhood in this part of Thanet. PC Finch said "Many of the individual stores already have very effective security and we all work closely with the team monitoring the centre on the cameras". 	The Little Shopper Stay Safe Scheme provides youngsters with identifying wrist bands available at Mothercare, Clarks, Waterstones, JJB Fitness Club and Vue Cinema, the Management Suite and Centre Security.11111
UK Shopmobility	Wheelchairs and electric scooters are available to hire at the centre. Tel: 01843 871444
Public toilet facilities	Public toilet facilities are available on the first floor of the Management Suite.  See individual stores for additional toilet facilities.
Disabled toilet facilities	A disabled toilet facility is found on the first floor of the Management Suite.  See individual stores for additional disabled toilet facilities.
Baby Change facilities	A baby change facility is found on the first floor of the Management Suite.  See individual stores for additional baby change facilities.
ATM Machines	Nationwide and Abby National ATM machines are based in the ground floor foyer to the Management Suite. Two external HSBC ATM machines are based outside of the HSBC bank in the main compass square.
Photo Booth	This is positioned within the Management Suite (1st Floor) and within the WHSmith store.
Health Monitor	The Health monitor can be found on the first floor of the Management Suite.
Public Telephone	A public telephone is available on the first floor foyer of the Management Suite
Lost Property	The Centre makes every effort to ensure that lost property is returned where possible. If you have lost an item whilst in the Centre, please make enquiries at the Management Suite where your details will be taken and if the item is found, your goods will be returned to you.
Lifts	There is a lift available within the Management Suite.  See individual stores for lift facilities.
